Game of the year question.

Post » Sun May 01, 2011 8:02 am

I'm having a great time playing the regular version of Fallout 3 and decided to get the game of the year version with all the DLC added. How does this work? I am at level 10, not too far into the game. Do I have to play through the first disk and then put in the second disk? Or does the second load on the the HD?

No when you install GOTY edition you will see new quests added to your pip boy or you pick up radio signals

The second disk contains the DLCs. When you put it in, you will be prompted to choose the DLCs you want to load. Then they will load onto your HD.

This advice is if you have the 360. It may be different if you have a computer.

Thanks! I didn't want to mess up my progress not knowing. BTW, I'm having fun with the Railway gun. It would have been great if I could scope it and use it for longer range..
