Died falling off the 3rd floor of a building. I was sneaking around this pillar to get a better shot at a super mutant and due to lack of awareness of my position, I slipped and fell through a hole in the floor. At my death seance, there were 3 super mutants, scratching themselves, looking down at my body, wondering what had happened. LOL

My first death was i had just exited the vault and was heading east and a group of raiders with flamethrowers and pistols killed me.

My most recent death though was i was looting an area that had some radiation. I didnt realise i had 1000 rad and died and i sat there for a while wondering what happened.

i was at old olney and didnt have any stimpaks,just a few bottles of clean water,and out of nowhere three deathclaws were running after me :shocking:

i didnt make it out of that area alive the first ten tries :banghead:

Have been killed by everything (except radroach) at least once, my 1st death, I had just walked out of 101 and 3 raiders were walking by...so I broke out my handy BB, and hid behind the closest cover. A couple of head shots to the lead raider got their attention, I crouched back back down to regain AP, and I heard them firing at me. And then BOOOOMMM...I'm flying through the air....What the hell...that's when I realized I had hid behind a car, and they can blow up...Duuhhh.

I went up to a behemoth with a lead pipe on very hard. Not one of my best ideas but it was a challenge.

Minefield

First I was killed my Arkansas when he started shotting at the cars

and then by those pesky mines, the ones that you didn't get the first time so you thought it was all clear and.... well you know the rest

First time i was killed in the game, I was killing Talons in the Capitol Building and ran across the behemoth in the concourse. So, I'm thinking, time the use this here nifty Fatman!

So the micronuke bounces off the top of the door frame and lands at my feet.

The first time I died was when I was doing the Power of Atom quest, I put the thing on the bomb, and I started to head to Tenpenny Tower... I was level 2 and killed by Talon Company on my way there...

The most recent was on my last playthrough (I was level 12) I was with Jericho at the river and run into a fight with four raiders vs. three supermutants... They all turned an targeted me and Jericho...

I had that happen to me twice at Vault 87 on one playthrough. I was so intent on getting close enough to the Super Mutants to drop Nuka Grenades on them that I didn't check my rads, and in all the noise I couldn't hear my Geiger counter.

First time I just keeled over dead for no apparent reason. I went "WTF", reloaded and promptly died again. It was then that the cluebat hit me. :facepalm:

And I even knew about the radiation levels at Vault 87. I just completely forgot about them in the heat of battle.

Overlords, How i fear thee.

I fell off twice... Once I was lucky and landed in the water perfectly fine the other... I was being chased by hillfolk (level 8 and out of ammo). So i ran into the lighthouse and they followed. I went up the stairs and outside, they followed. It was my first time up their and as soon as I got outside one of them hit me with a shovel and I fell off landing on the rocks. the other time it loaded me being chased and when I got outside I jumped into the water.
