Duct-taped clips?

Post » Tue May 10, 2011 9:00 am

whats even worse than that, is that some people think just because an M4 has a slightly longer barrel than what they think the normal length is (like colt commando length), they automatically think that its an M16. they think that just because the barrel doesn't stop at the front sight that it's not an M4. I hate people that aren't educated about firearms

It is because they get all their info from COD, what makes it really bad is when the think that weapons of the same caliber damage differently, especially with weapons like the FAMAS and FN F2000.

more than likely

@hot-wire: the extended mags weight more and take longer to reload do it being heavier and the fact you have to reach to your mag pouch to get another mag. Duct tape mags weigh double and are right there when you have to reload, the main difference is the extended mags don't have to reload as often to make up for the slower reload time.

All right cool man, thanks for answering.

If that's the case, I think you will find players firing off one shot just to get the slow reload out of the way.

Which is when they suddenly see themselves facing an enemy with a shotgun right infront of them.

Games should return to the good old fashion in which reloading would have you lose the previous mag with all ammo in it.

hey hey, they had Kalashinkovs over there to, they had to deal with BS from our Congress and when they make a tiny mistake when Journalists decide to go into a warzone, then they get reamed up the ass by all of the "Political Pundits" or to me [censored]s.

I refuse to fault people for saying "clip".

Who really cares, right? Frankly I'm one of those guys that "should" know the differance but screw up every now and then. In all honesty though, this mix up is about as close to a "Tomato, Tomoto" referance as you can get.

To me, its all about preferances.

It gets even more confusing when you get to the belts, the ones that feed into Machine guns for instance. I've heard them been called everything from a "string" to a "chain" and what it comes out of is a "box" or a "can".

Its whatever though. Whatever gets the point across.
