CS Error

So i'm just starting to try to mod but when I run CS and choose oblivion.esm as my active file and click OK it comes up with this error message,
File Oblivion.esm is a higher verision than this EXE can load.

Plz help!
Have I done somthing wrong?
I have the Goty oblivion and CS 1.2
