GameStop gave me it free of charge (After i showed him my subscription proof). New York, Long Island.

Finally, got my copy yesterday from the local Gamestop. Much better than the 1st of the month they originally told me

I still have not received mine but I received a second copy of last month's issue on Tuesday (I renewed my subscription a little over a month ago)
Haven't bothered calling GameStop because they're the slowest bunch of monkeys ever.

i got it at my local EB Games in canada on the 14th (EBgames = Game stop)

Good to hear, I've been meaning to hit up the EB games on my way home from university one of these days. I'll probably do it tomorrow, now that I know it will be there (most likely)
