I picked up the Cyborg perk (well, the Wanderers Edition one that eventually gives you night vision) and I was wondering if I could use the console somehow to change my characters eyes into the eyes you see on the Enclave personnel, since I'm a cyborg and all . Is it possible to do that?

What do you mean "the eyes you see on the Enclave personnel"? And the only eyes you can change to is the ones you get from mods and the original (only colors). You can change eye colors during the game by going to the console and type showracemenu (i think). The go to face > eyes and change the color. Hope I could help!
