I was very disappointed when I realized that after doing Mr. Burke's quest that they would only give me one more quest... The reason I even agreed to do his evil job was because I thought that he would let me know his boss and they would let me know about a powerful faction in the fallout universe that did evil things like this and pay very well in the process. But then nothing happened, there were no more quests from him, no more evil jobs. Just a new place to live with snobby people that I just ended up killing anyways.

I thought that I was going to be hired by them to continue to do dirty deeds all over the Wastelands, I was terribly wrong.
