The readme says:

-- Sets all the level up bonus abilities to x1 (rather than x5), regardless of skill point gains
-- Adds an ability point every 3 skill points (to balance above)
-- Adds 2 spells to your spellbook (see below)
-- Required for the other esps to function properly

It isn't adding an ability point every 3 skill points. What's wrong?

Edit: Resolved. I had an alternate beggining mod, and had to activate madd leveler in the console.
