Strange Missing Mesh Issue

I'm working on getting Oblivion fully re-modded on my new computer and have come up with an interesting issue.

I'm getting missing mesh objects that are starbursts and read "WTF?! I'm a missing mesh!" These only show up in The First Edition and The Copious Coinpurse so far (the only places I've checked =P) near the windows.

Not quite sure what would be causing this, and would like some help. I'll provide my modlist and, hopefully, a screenshot or two later.

I've also got QTP3 Redimized, Improved Doors and Flora, and Improved Fruits, Vegetables, and Meats running.

http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/runoblivion Use that to identify the mesh. You forgot to install something...

Alrighty, through FormID Finder, I found out that the missing meshes are from the Real Lights section of All Natural. Now, I dug through all my All Natural stuff and found no meshes or anything related. Any thoughts?

AN has a BSA file ...Make sure the BSA is loading.

You're missing All Natural.esp.

Without that, the BSA won't load, and you'll probably find other issues with the other components.
