FO3 Workbenches will not activate

Hello:

Re-install of FO3 (1.7) and the 4 DLCs on a Win 7 x64, AMD Premium Quad, 6GB RAM. Using several Mods and have the updated GECK. The workbench in Craterside Supply and my Megaton house will not activate. Only re-installed FO3 because I'm trying to learn how to mod using the GECK Tutorial. Have not messed around with the ini file at all. The game works fine and everything else so far is playable. Am currently playing FO-NV and it too is running fine without any issues. I really don't need the workbenches to work for FO3 gameplay as I'm only really using FO3 for mod learning, but am baffled by this particular issue. Using an FO3 merged mod made with FO3Edit, no errors reported in it prior to the merged mod save. Using the latest FOMM and FOSE. Anyone else run into this problem? Searching the entire FO3 Forums for workbenches/activation comes up empty. Thanks for any info or thoughts. Bob

Update 03/30/2011: Okay, I figured it out. Thank goodness for FOMM! Unchecked everything except FO3 and the 4 DLCs. Simply started adding Mods back in one at a time and found the offending Mod. Tested it further by unchecking everything again and just adding that Mod in. Problem came back. Checked everything except that Mod and the workbench activated. Wasn't aware that Mod had any workbenches added. Seems it does. I don't want to mention the item until I can contact the Mod Author and give him/her a heads up. It is in the Buildings category however.

Update 04/10/2011: Contacted the Mod Author, MrBarista, and he promptly replied that he would look into my issues with his Lighthouse Mod on FO3 Nexus.
