How Do I Change The Cell Respawn TimeStamps

I've been running a necromancy mod that lets me keep permanent minions. Now that my character is a really high level I decided that it would be fun to make an entire army and march it across Cyrodil, killing everything and everyone in my wake. Making an army of undead takes time. After I had come back to my lair from gathering spell components I noticed that ALL of my minions were GONE. I have had this necro mod for a long time so I'm surprised I never noticed it before. Since I came back to my lair on a daily (game day) basis the cell never respawned itself but this time I was gone for several game days. My lair is the Unholy Cathedral Mod if it matter. This has left me incredibly irritated but I'll recover. Before I start rebuilding my army I've got to prevent this from happening again. This leads me to my question.

I want to go into the construction set and turn the cell respawn timer off. If that is not possible then I'll just set it to 9999999999999999 or something like that. I don't want to do this for all cells, just specific ones but eventually I'll want to prevent the game from respawning any cells. Both Interior and Exterior. If I'm to march an army out of hiding I can't have the game resetting every town I level.

How do I do this?

The respawn time can't be set for individual cells. Changing it will affect every interior and exterior cell in the game. This will affect your savegame size. The longer the respawn time is, the bigger your game save will be since the game will keep track of everything in every cell you've visited since the last respawn cycle. If you set the respawn time high enough, you could end up with every single item in all of Cyrodiil in your save file. This would lead to much longer load times at the very least, and most likely cause CTDs. That being said, if you still want to do this, you will need to open the CS, go to Gameplay --> Settings and modify iHoursToRespawnCell. The default setting is 72.

Thanks for the post Vyper. My computer far exceeds the requirements to run oblivion but even so that doesn't sound very good. I might set iHoursToRespawnCell to 10 days(max) or something like that to give myself more time to do my own thing without losing all my crap. I'll just have to keep looking for a mod that bypasses this. I remember reading something about it somewhere. Right now I'm checking out a mod called SPAWN. I found it not too long after I made this thread. I'll just have to see if it can do what it says it can. If so then I might be able to customize individual cell respawn times.
