Did someone ever find one? If so, can he/she point to the location?

Well in a dungeon yesterday I found a map pointing me towards

Yes but I speak of Witch Covens you find inside the dungeon itself:

Witch covens can be found either in certain dungeons or in houses. The dungeon covens consist solely of a lone witch standing in a room. You can usually find these when embarking on an artifact quest from the knights or fighters guild.

I never find any dungeon Witch Coven or if I do, I don't remember it.
