Hey, I'm wondering what city would fit a Breton best? I mean since Bruma fits the Nords, Cheydinhal for the Dunmer and so on. Thanks in advance.

Chorrol and Anvil are closets to High Rock, but Bruma is pretty close too. Skingrad also seems like a type of Breton hangout, and IC as well (what with the arcane Uni).

Chorrol is awesome, but for Bretons I always thought they would fare well in Anvil; as it's closest to High Rock IIRC.
