No it's not a little biased... All of the followers are NCR or no faction at all... So it's basically side with the NCR get whoever you want, side with anybody else and you can only get 3/4 of what the people who side with the NCR get.
I don't recall saying anything about bias and companions.
Even if they're disiplined and raiders either flee or get killed, that doesn't make them any better for enslaving people... And it only isn't a bad place to be if you're a slaver.
Sure it does, they have positive points that the NCR does not have. Are they perfect? Certainly not, but neither is the NCR and that's why New Vegas isn't black and white. Each philosophy has its positives and negatives. Objectively the Legion is just another society attempting to carve out an existence in the Fallout world just like the NCR, and a very successful one at that considering its size. Whether you find the Legion's values and beliefs good or bad is subjective, but they're not flat out evil.
And the NCR is the cliche corrupt government...
Now you're just being ridiculous.
There are cliches, different from Fallout 3's black and white (I didn't say F3 had no cliches) but they're still cliche.
I didn't say that New Vegas is free of cliches, but one of your arguments was that the "good vs. evil" angle was more apparent in New Vegas which is not true at all. New Vegas is a battle between three philosophies, none of which are inherently evil.
