Is there a mod that disables the battle music? I want to just hear the explore music.

You could delete the battle music, that's all I can think of. But then combat would still cancel the explore music.

There's not really an easy way, unless you can find a mod on Nexus that does it. Easiest way is to just go to your Oblivion.ini and set bMusicEnabled from 1 to 0

it wont let me edit my post for some reason, I meant to say Fallout.ini or whatever it's called, not oblivion, obviously xD

Will that do the same as deleting the battle music folder? As in, when a battle starts, the music will just be silent? or will the explore music keep playing in the background?

you can disable battle music very easy at the gamesettings in geck. Just takes a few minutes. Explore music still plays in the background if you do it that way. I made this in a mod, but it's not available for the public, sorry...
