Download the file, and follow the instructions in the video. The file tricks the game into thinking you have a supported graphics card. A link to the file is included below the video. This guy saved my game.

but it may cost you your computer.

Nobody here will ever recommend that method since your forcing the game to run on hardware that wasn't made for the job. You can overstress the chip and other components and it could overheat and cause serious damage.

It's also unreliable. You may find it running fine now, but when things get busy you may get slowdown and crases as well as extra system stress.

Don't play for long periods, watch the heat levels and don't have the graphics set too high. Beyond that your performence may come down to luck.

edit:Also be wary about downloading files like that from unknown sources.

One thing he fails to mention and that you should be aware of is that using that .dll trick carries some risk of screwing up your system and damaging your hardware. And it will certainly void any warranty you may have on the machine. Use at your own risk.

Thanks so much after reading countless "suposed" fixes across several different blogs I was convinced there was no solution but this one proved me wrong

Agreed that using this .dll file without a clear understanding of the possible consequences on the hardware/OS is not a good idea. I wouldnt recommend using it. (Also this "fix" has been known for a while now)
