i Started my game after i installed it. When I try to start a new game It Crashes.

Well unistall it sounds like the problem.

Make sure you update your Live software, the version that comes with the disc is outdated. You can find a newer version on Microsoft's website. I couldn't get my GOTY version to run either until I did that.

this still hasn't worked ive uninstalled it and reinstalled it and even tried without the DLC's

welll i dont care about the graphics alll i want is to play the game. Anyway i checked if i could run it on system requermints lab can you run it and it said i was fine to play the game

That graphics chipset is not powerful enough to even start the game. Thats why it is crashing when you try to start a new game. And system requirements lab is not a good site at all. It doesnt really do too much to test to see if the game will run, and will often lie to people. There is a modified .dll file floating around, that will attempt to force the game to run on your hardware, but the fact is that its too weak and you would run a great risk of frying your GPU or botching your OS install.

And yet another person who didn't bother to check if their computer meets the minimum requirements for the game. Whether you care about the graphics or not is irrelevant, that card simply isn't good enough to run the game. It's not good enough to run pretty much any game for that matter.

Black Ops is not the same as Fallout. Different engines, different requirements. Also that is a laptop, the only way to "custom" build it is to order it from the manufacturer with specialized components. The graphics solution is really not that great. For a good GPU you want one by Nvidia or AMD (formerly ATI). Intel's are just there to provide basic graphics. I use Intel integrated graphics on my laptop, and while it is great for battery life, its terrible for games.

Sorry, but it is a rubbish chip. Intel graphics chips are the worst ones out there and simply aren't designed with games in mind. And as Starforce mentions, it's pointless trying to compare one game's performance with another. Fallout is a demanding game graphics wise, much more so than most games available these days. You really should have looked at the specs to make sure your computer could actually run it before buying it. You should be doing that with all the games you buy, especially with that computer. The list of what you can play on it is going to be quite short.
