I uninstalled a bunch of unused games this evening, including FO2, but not Fallout3, Fomm, Fose, etc.

I an startup the game fine from my Fomm shortcut and then clicking Launch Fose, and the game seems to be running just fine . . . except, VATS slowed mode (bullet time mode?) is now all blurred.

Maybe it is because my character is a bit wounded?

Or is it possible I deleted something?

I really only deleted game applications (Vicky 2, EU3, Civ4, etc., etc.).
