I still am looking at this, for anyone who is still interested. Ytt, as much as I love the Egyptian gods I don't think it would do the RP or the gods themselves the ultimate justice to use them as name holders for a bunch of killers. As far as Norse, I like that idea, but looking at it from a realistic perspective, America's own Vault-Tec built this, so it would make sense that the Vault would be based off of either Greek or Roman. As of now I'm leaning towards Roman, because I like how the Names are easy and solar-related.
