Infernal City Book

Post » Fri May 13, 2011 7:37 pm

Hey all, I was just wondering if anyone had actually read the Infernal City and if it was any good? i'm debating picking it up. Don't spoil anything plotwise, but is it worth buying?

A couple of points.

1. I've read it and thought it was great. It leaves you with a kind of poorly done cliffhanger though.
2. There's already a thread about the book(s).

I found it a good read. I have to appreciate the amount of homework that Keyes put into the book lorewise. But as Redek said, it does have a cliffhanger.

If you're into TES lore, you should give it a go. It gives a good insight on lore and most of the characters are really likable. Super cliff hanger though, it may leave you a bit unsatisfied.

Even if you do not like the book it is worth it. It may have some effect on the future of TES. I personally thought it was a great book. The ending was a bit confusing for me but im just gonna read it again I'm sure it will be fine. Not sure why i just wrote that. What ever. :)

I read some of it. I didn't like it that much, I found it confusing, it was like the author skipped out on details that would leave readers who weren't already experts in TES lore in the dark. I lost it on holiday. I don't miss it. I just read a summary of it.

There is a thread on this - a bit far back but let's keep all the discussion in the one topic please.
