IF we had the first regulators from FO1 they would win, but if CW I'de say Talon.

I like the Regulators more, but in a straight fight Talon Company would almost certainly win due to being better equipped.

• Seem to think of themselves as a western posse, ie, organisation svcks in comparison.
  
• Unheard of in the wasteland aside from when they are looking for contracts.

Yeah I think the Talon Co. will win hands down against those would be cowboy wusses.
