i tried to intall the mod after i unzipped into the morrowind folder. at the end of istallation it said cant finish installation ProgramFlow.txt file was not found. does this mean i have a corrupted download file or something else. need help thanks.

I've heard of this problem once before. Make a new file ProgramFlow.txt in your Morrowind folder and try installing the mod again after.

one more thing; in windows vista or win 7 you are strongly recommended to alter the default install location to avoid write issues made from windows setup UAC. Dunno what OS you are using but this might help
