If there is a topic of this can you give me a link to it but anyway I think if they do make a fallout online I think that you should be able to loot there bodies and take and use there guns and armour as a disguise if there are fractions like that and it goes by levels and cost caps to buy stuff so you can also sell there loot and if you pick up a weapon you don't unclock till lvl 5 and your level 4 it will deteriorate slightly more quiqualy but if your level 1 and you loot a max lvl armour or weapon it will deteriorate very quickly and you have to be a certain level to buy the guns armour and mods and you choose your s.p.e.c.I.a.l as usual and you get perks every 2 levels if there's a max of 35 3 if there's a 35+ and you can choose your race like in tactics excluding deathclaws and robots and super mutants get a perk every 3 for 35 levels and ghouls are the same as humans
