Seen some videos of people making the "Potato/Spud Guns" and thought I would have some fun. However being the cautious sort I decided to take a look online to see if they are legal in FL. For some odd reason it comes up saying they are classified as firearms in Florida or possibly destructive devices. Can't help but scratch my head at this wondering why they would be classified as this. Anyone live in FL and know if these things are legal to build/own/use in the backyard?
