Aiding the Outcasts Enhancements from KingGed

This mod adds a power armor trainer inside the command tent in the Anchorage simulation. Activating the trainer will grant the power armor perk and give winterizied t51b power armor and helmet.

This mod is first in what I hope will be a series of mods for Anchorage and the Outcasts. I made this because it really bugged me that you climb out of the simulator with power armor training without ever being trained or using power armor inside the simulation.

This page is a hub for a series of mods I'd like to produce that will expand or enhance the Outcasts or Operation Anchorage. If I put enough together, I'll merge them into a pack. Also they will always be available individually to keep things modular for those who wish to pick and choose.

I am looking for help in the form of ideas or advice. I'm new to modding, so I'm starting small and working up. Modeling and texturing are beyond me, but I think scripting and quests should be in my ability range.

Future plans :

Anchorage mod to add big guns, energy weapons, and one use health and ammo stations to the simulation. Would also revamp the types and amounts of ammo given.
Anchorage mod to add a terminal on the simulator to allow the player to change the difficulty of the simulation before entering.
Outcast mod to link starting Operation Anchorage to the Outcast tech support repeatable quest.
Outcast mod to prevent Outcasts insulting you once you've gained their trust (Shouldn't you be huddling in a cave somewhere?) and give the player the ability to insult other non Outcasts.
Outcast mod to revamp the Outcast tech support repeatable quest. This would include GotY items as well as adding the ability to collect people and places (scientists, engineers, and locations of mainframes or unusual tech). Payout would be in the form of vouchers you would bring to the quartermaster, who would have a large assortment of gear available.

Gee, this thread seems quiet

Anyhow, I've tried out your mod, and it's pretty nice. I left some thoughts on how you could improve it a bit on your Nexus page (take 'em or leave 'em, I don't mind ), but it seems solid. Nice to see Anchorage getting some love.
