I know that the Fallout series is based in the United States but since Canada was annexed i don't see why an area like Toronto wouldn't work. I also believe that what happened to Canada during/after The Great War isn't really known for the most part which leaves alot of room for creativity. Just a thought. Ideas on why this would be awesome or completely svck?
