Alright, so I read somewhere that using: Window Glow, Window Glow Texture Tweak, and Modman's Windowlights would give great window lights.

However I see little to no effect.

The readme says:

CAUTION: A couple users have reported not seeing any effect at all. I would urge you
to update your video drivers, Patch your game, and make sure you are operating
at 32-bit. If you are still experiencing problems, tweak your video card settings.
For best performance, your Morrowind gamma slider should be in the center, and adjust
your monitor and video card.

Now I'm on a 64 bit system, and as all modders advice, I have used the RAM fix, which I promise makes the program run in 64 bit, as thats the only way the program kan use more ram. Anyone had this problem and know a fix?

Sorry no answer, but what is the RAM fix? I am running 64-bit Win 7 and I didn't know it wasn't using all my RAM. Sorry to go off subject...
