[tutorial]Max Exporting& material anim in Nifskope

just a head up to a couple tutorials I made in the past week.

A little walkthrough for a material animation controller set up using only nifskope, a pulsating glow effect. and no data swapping with vanilla nifs. texture transforms and alpha controllers are very similar in set up.

I don't have Max, but plan to keep this for the Nifskope side of it.
