Recollections of Claire

Post » Fri May 13, 2011 12:45 pm

I did this once a great many years ago and it turned out ok. But I wasn't much of an author back then, and when I looked at my old writing it was so bad that I cringed.

Even so, I had some fans in the day, so i wondered if anyone might enjoy the story if I posted it anew.

This time, however, is a complete reboot. I have long since purchased a new computer and even a new copy of Oblivion. I've added the DLC and Shivering Isles, neither of which I had back in the day.
So this time I am telling the story fresh, starting over with a completely new take.

If anyone of you remember the original stories, you'll be happy to find out that the same basic premise holds. Claire, a Breton, plays through the world of TES IV and recalls her adventures for the reader.

The sequence of events is a little different this time because this is a fresh telling, but I think anyone that might have enjoyed the first story will certainly enjoy this one.

Anyway, here's the link:

Here are some specific links as well, just in case. This list will grow as I add each post:

I do hope you enjoy.

Also, please leave feedback and suggestions, as I only hope to learn and grow as I write this. It can't be done without you.

Pretty nice. I enjoyed it.

Thank you!

And I should probably clarify that I have only just begun. This first post is just an introduction, the beginning of more to come. If you find it at all interesting, stay tuned and more will follow.

I am currently working on the next part even now.

You're a great writer. I've always wanted to do something like this for my own character(s). Though I think http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/forum/31-elder-scrolls-artwork-and-fan-fiction/ is where this post belongs.
