This replaces the default menubook and scroll textures with
higher quality ones.

Also included is an optional crosshair replacer. It is designed
for people who play with the crosshair disabled, but would like
to be able to pick up small items more easily. The crosshair is
a small transparent dot, which is essentially invisible if you
are not focusing on it.

Vurt's high resolution replacer was the inspiration for mine, and I have based the style of mine upon Keazen's replacer.

It should be noted that tx_menubook_bookmark.dds is a modification of Keazen's texture.
I have done this without permission, as I have been unable to contact Keazen.

I will remove this texture on Keazen's request if necessary.
