Co-op Games

Post » Fri May 13, 2011 1:15 pm

My parents have recently took up gaming as there new hobby, but there is a problem. They only play together and they only like shooters. They have already played:
1. Both L4Ds
2. Both Army of Twos

Besides those I can't think of any co-op shooters for the 360 for them. I've already tried to convince them of Borderlands, Gears of War 1&2, all Halos, and Dead Rising 2, but because of my dad they won't play them.

So can anyone recommend me some more co-op/shooter/360 games?
Thanks for all replies.

I don't really have anything to say about what games they should try being that the only ones I thought of have been ruled out. The main point of this post is more to say that I HATE YOUR SIG!!!!!!!!! (the spoiler anywayz lol)

The only one I can think of now is, Rainbow 6 Vegas 2, a tactical FPS.

Forgot to add that to the list of games my dad doesn't want to give a chance. :glare:

I can't recommend you any game as I don't know much about the 360, but I'm only posting to say that your parents are awesome. :D

My father has never been interested in video games but it was great watching him *try* to play Goldeneye 64. He was spinning around firing at everything and had difficulty moving around the level. :P

My mother, on the other hand, bought the Intellivision when it got released and has always been interested in some types of video games. Games like Super Mario Bros, the Sims or any paltformer on the Wii.

Can you play the campaign in co-op or only Nazi Zombies?

Resident Evil 5, a 3rd person shooter but, it is kind of slow (can't walk and aim at the same time)

Best Co-op Games beside L4d and Army of 2: Kane & Lynch & Kane & Lynch II. Your Parents should try them.. fast pace gameplay - nice graphics and 2 remarkable psychotic Characters with many funny and weird quotes who make you laugh  or shake ur head

Fable 3 might be worth looking at.

Halo Reach and Black Ops offer co-op multiplayer. Depending on how casual your parents are though, online players may be higher in the difficulty curb.

Even Rainbow Six egas 1 is great fun. I don't like the vertical split screen though..

Rainbow Six Vegas > Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

Advanced Warfighter, 1 and 2.

Flashpoint Dragon Rising. Splinter Cell Chaos Theory & Conviction. Reach has a good campaign.

If they would branch off from shooters for a bit, they could try the LEGO Platformers -- Batman, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Harry Potter, and an upcoming LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean.
