I have a strange problem, I'm trying to get to some of the UL stuff north of Chorrol, and the game's telling me "You can't go that way" even though Enable Border Regions in set to 1 in the .ini. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I don't think this is strange when the border regions in your game are enabled?

It needs to be set = 0. And there's two ini settings with BorderRegions in their names, I can't remember which one actually has an effect.
