Just thought I'd drop a line here to get help with my, possibly unique, crash.
I start up the game & It starts up fine, until the cursor is supposed to appear. It doesn't. The game proceeds to be unresponsive & won't change slides after the BOS paladin slide, also, the menu won't show up.
PLEASE ASSIST.

Yep, this would be why. It is too weak to play the game. The game will not run on any of the Intel Integrated chipsets. Though there is a modified .dll file floating around that forces the game to run on the hardware, it is not recommended since it may cause damage to your OS or even hardware itself. And since you are on a laptop, there is no way of upgrading.

Yeah building a desktop yourself is always the best. But if you build one soon, make sure you check out the new AMD AM3 bulldozer class CPUs in the next month or so.
