Ive had this problem before but i fixed it last time and the thing i did last time isnt workning now. but Whenever i load the tescs it loads fine, then when i try to load oblivion or any mod in general, it freezes loading at about 15% or so each time. and then i have to close it down. The Game itself work perfectly, but its just when i try to load oblivion or any mod taht uses oblivion, into the tescs that the tescs freezes. ive already un and reinstalled oblivion, and the tes cs separatly and together like 15 times or so, and nothing seems to work. im kinda screwed cause im working on a huge mod soon and i need the tescs. please if anyone has any suggestions ill try them if i havent already, thanks. oh and i have windows 7 and windows xp, and my laptop (windows xp) tescs just crashes right when loaded, i know how to fix that, im worried about my desktop (win 7)

You have to wait. It takes a while to load some data.
If it really is freezing, it may be because you are missing a 'required' ESM (master file) for your mod.
