Hey all , I'm a disabled gamer and don't have much use of my hands I use an onscreen keyboard and a two button mouse to play games like WoW on my PC. My question is, when Fallout 3 is in windowed mode is the mouse cursor free to move from the Fallout window to the desktop? Or is it just stuck inside the game window? I was just wondering because was thinking of buying Fallout 3 and I need to be able to access the onscreen keyboard to control my character and I can't if the mouse is stuck.
