Place 2 doors, the two you want to 'connect'. They are the doors you activate in order to load, or teleport to the next cell, or area. Then double click one door in the render window, and the first tab will be Teleport. Then check the box next to Teleport, and load the other cell. Find the door you want to connect the first one to, get it in view, and then in the reference window, (where you just checked the teleport checkbox) click Select reference in render window. Then your crosshair becomes a red target, move it over the door and it should turn white, then click. Now a yellow box should appear. This means you have succesfully connected the two doors. There is a yellow box at each door, this is where the player appears. And the arrow sticking out of the box represents what direction they face. If no yellow box appears make sure you can view Markers, hit M to goggle them on or off, or click (on the top toolbar) View, then Show/hide window, and make sure Markers is checked. So ideally you want to place it in front of the door (1-2 ft away), facing away from it. Make sure you move both boxes for either door. That should just about do it. Let me know how it works out. :)
