problem with door markers

just like the topic title says, my door markers are laying face down

It does it with those doors. Just turn on Snap to Angle, make it 90 degrees, then hold X or Y and right click-rotate them. Holding X and Y tells it to rotate on those axis, much like Z/X/Y does for moving the object. So if all you can do is spin it, one of those two will let you make it stand up.

I ran into the exact same situation, it looks like we might be working on the same buildings. I found it easier to go to the 3D Data tab for the doors and click on reset. When you create the teleport then they'll be facing the right way, more or less. Then you can just put the doors back the way they were. Nice tip about the snap to angle though, I didn't know about that one.
