I was watching jpagamer's Let's Play Morrowind yesterday and he comments on how he hates the waterfall sounds in Vivec...its been a while since I sat down and played Morrowind aside from testing but that's something that I realize I was never happy with either, especially when listening to sounds in other games (like Oblivion). Anyway, has anybody made a mod to change these sounds and if not, how come? Seems like this would have been done by the modding community by now...

There are some other sound mods out there, but I don't know if they alter the water sounds.
