No where in any video did I see Mr. Wedgdood say anything about the tats being permanent. I think I'm gonna have to see the link for this one

Yea they are. I heard that Paul wedgewood guy say it in a video can't remember which but I was surprised

but in old vid at the site the Char maker vid he changes tats, is this just cause he's in beta or is it cause it's old vid?

Well it's quoted in the compendium as having been said by Richard Ham I think, under Character Customization. So yes, I suspect the video is either old, or he just unlocked the tats in the first place.

The tatts should be like everything else customizable. I'd love to tatt the guy out just like me.
