Skyrim Inspirations

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 7:13 am

Post things you would like to be used as inspirations in Skyrim. (pictures, drawings, movies, videos, music, books, stories, gameplay elements [anything really])

Here's mine: A picture that screams Skyrim. Frozen cobweb covered statue of a bearded man.

Well, even if i love your intention and the picture is amazingly correct for Skyrim, the artistic design phase is long over by now.

Thick web is thick! Is this a real photo or some fantasy prop?

On the topic,I haven't got any inspiration sources but I hope that Conan thing doesn't be dominant.

If i remember correctly it's a real photo. The webs look like that because they're covered with frost.

As for inspirations, I would suggest taking a look into http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1148167-a-picture-is-worth-a-thousand-words or http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1105491-a-picture-is-worth-a-thousand-words.

Completely agreed with both of those. Especially just listening to the Skyrim theme and then Wardruna, I can see them fitting in perfectly.
