[WIP]Mysteries of the Dwarves

A Dwemer War zone has been discovered south of seyda neen, but there's one odd clue... there are no signs of the dwemer and the only signs of battle are large dwemer mechs frozen mid fight by some strange occurrence!





yeah so i need to work on my writing skeelz! but hey fun adventure/mystery mod on the way,ill be requesting some help here and there so if interested pm me! this is sortof a reboot of a mod i started a couple years ago but could not finish due to time restrictions. lots of puzzles and strange enemies!

Haha, looks pretty fun, might wanna try scaling up those weapons though. First screenshot looks rather comical, with those tiny swords in there hands.

Exactly what type of help are you hoping to solicit? I can help with small things here and there (mixing models together in nifskope/blender). Don't really have time to help with actually modding work (got enough of that on my plate as it is :P).

lol I love how alot of modders slap the word archaeology onto any mod that deals with the dwemer - it instantly makes me look in the thread :D

looks cool, and the concept seems intresting. Lots of puzzels you say? then that makes it good in my book.

the sad part is that that is max scale for those weapons, they are actually statics from the standard dwemer claymores. if someone could make the mech hands with a closed fist that would me mighty helpful, im still trying to figure out a better way to arm the mechs than just a big blade sticking out of the arm. this is early early in the mods development so im open to suggestions! im probably going to be blowing up the mod and CS forums for help in the next few weeks. So far the help im needing is mostly with meshes involving the mechs, as i feel they are HIGHLY underused, and are one of the focal points of one of the mysteries this mod will feature (first in a chain tbh):

-a Scorch mark graphic - covered nicely by Chainy
-a very much larger version of dwarven claymores, without the hand guard part preferably
- Dwrv_mech hand parts in multiple poses aside from the standard "hi-five" dealy we already have.
-damaged-looking mech pieces
-Various new dwarven machines
