That would basically be like trying to hold a person with telekinesis. It only makes sense that you can't pick up a living thing with telekinesis. A corpse yes, because it isn't trying to get free, but living things, no, leave that to a Daedric prince to do.
I see what you're getting at there now. Squirming is a good thing to account for. A magic drain for living things would be a good call but I still want to drop people off cliffs lol
