I'm looking for a potion icons-in-inventory replacer. The current one I have is really ugly, and it doesn't have an ESP associated so I'll just have to overwrite the files.

The ultimate icon replacer looks good, but I'd prefer not to replace all my icons. Any help with just sorting out the potions?

you can always browse the .dds-files in the icon-folder that comes with ultimate icon replacer and pick only those you want to see in your game.
did the same thing (well, basically) cause i didn't like the replaced icon for trueflame. most of the other icons are well worth it however

Yeah and the screenshot even mentions the name of the potion icons (starting with tx_potion), so it should be easy to pick them out.

I have reuploaded you a new version of the pack, because I had forgotten to give the icons in their file. :facepalm:
What is in the file “Bottles_Flasks” is optional.

I use the potion and scrolls sorter mod along with ultimate icon replacer, works great! And I recommend the whole mod as the icons are very nice.
