Any progress updates?

Calm down it's only been a day. I'm pacing myself so I don't burn out. Nothing important yet though.

Here's something to tease you guys.

I like the prawns and scorpions they look awsome. Now if I may make a suggestion and you can do what eve you will with it a scorpion looking somthing like http://www.kendall-bioresearch.co.uk/SCORPION1.gif would be awsome. Anyhoo keep up the good work.

Ya I might work a recolour like that in later, right now I only have 3 textures for the tribal scorpions, first I want to get the bulk of the work done and then expand the variety.

Mod looks great and the location should be fun. HOWEVER. I hope you didn't know this but having a shopkeeper named "Kike" is about as offensive as it is possible to be as kike is the worst racial slur (in english) for jew. I am sure it was just a mistake. I have played Fallout 3 and read up on the content online and while there is a lot of hilarious bad taste, I have yet to find any jokes involving race. The chinese names of weapons and NPCs often are bad puns but those puns aren't derogitory.

Onna nother note- gotta have a mummy's tomb!!! It could be a Raider's base but after you kill a few raiders you start finding dead raiders and then the mummies that killed them. Perhaps the prize could be a book that can be equiped as a weapon. When fired it could summon ghouls or turn dead bodies or skeletons into ghouls. Another treasure could be a crown that has the same effect as the ghoul mask (if you wear the mask ghouls don't attack you). The treasures could be on or near a vast gold treasure horde that can't be picked up (ha ha ha).

There was a desert mod made for oblivion that had lots of desert monsters in it like leopards and lions. I wonder if those models and thier animations and attacks could be converted to work with fallout?

:facepalm: I honestly had no idea, she was intended to be named after one of my long gone characters,kiki, but kiki didn't really fit the personality I was trying to create with the character so I "shortened" to kike. It's shorter to say but still the same length typed.

Hopefully not too many other people are aware of this, else I'll be hard pressed to think of a new name.

Haza! I've finally finished all the homes and basic AI in Dust. Dialogue is still in the works though.

Expect updated to few if any for the next little while, I've got a bunch of school work to tackle.

Do realize that the name of your Surplus store is a really derogatory word for Jews?
