You have Mart's Mutant Mod.esm but you don't have any of the other MMM files (the 2 that you do have are inactive)

You have Operation Anchorage DLC, so you may want: EVE Operation Anchorage.esp, EVE Anchorage - FWE DLC Anchorage.esp (FROM FOIP) and EVE - FWE with WeaponModKits.esp (FROM FOIP).

If you do want to use MMM, you need these files only (don't use any of the other files for it cause you can customize all of that in the FWE in game options menue):

Actually I tried. Apparently I didn't copy and paste the whole thing. Sorry about that. I did change some of the stuff you said, but its still not working. Actually it only seems to be Xepha's Dynamic Weather and the motorcycle one that aren't working.

I made your load order a little easier to read and made a few changes. It will be easier for anyone else to micro manage it from here. I know that FWE has a motorcycle that is used for fast travel, so that may be a conflict. I think you can remove FO3 Wanderers Edition - Alternate Travel.esp and see if the DriveableMotorCycle.esp will work for you.
