Where is the floor plane?

I could have sworn there was a basic floor plane in Oblivion, anyone know where in the CS it is?

It's found under World Objects > Statics > Floorplane01, assuming that's the only one. :) Thank goodness for Find Text.

There is also a bunch of IDFloorxxxx objects (stone texture).
