I went up to this group of satellites in the top right corner of the map and walked down a path where I saw to guys in heavy trooper armor but the armor had red markings on them I dont know if the armor is worth killing the guys for but they both had either power fist or fisto on.

It could of been BOS outcasts and i think you get fisto in a old factory.

yeah you get it in a nuclear power plant mid west of the map but idk if you can get it anywhere else and i think thats what the armor is called thanks

that was a BOS outcast. sweetest pw in the game if you ask me
