I am a 5' 7 male on the skinny side looking to purchase an authentic looking T-51b Costume. I am willing to pay $200-$250 dollars for it. Does anyone know where I could buy one or is anyone willing to make one for some quick money? I would prefer it to as realistic as possible. I would also prefer it looks like either the Winterized or BoS version and not something in the middle. If you have any info of would like to make some easy money off of a fun little project please let me know. :vaultboy:

P.S This is really for my son who so if you could make it out of more durable rubber instead of foam I would really like it.

$200-$250 would, no offense, probarbly only just cover the materials cost, if you want a decent suit its going to cost a bit, and if you want one to fit you are going to give alot of info.
try out 405th.com for decent armour (halo) or wasteland outpost (fallout costuming wiki).
i make arour (uk, sorry) and its aint cheap, even for a really bad set, though at least your 200-250 is a bit more realistic than some people (i have seen offers of only $50 for a whole chief suit)

oh and as for rubber vs foam, foam armour is fine. we use stuff called EVA foam, like floor mats n such, and that is tough as nails, and nice and flexible, so you probarbly wouldnt need rubber.
foam armour is general cheaper, but IMO need much more skill
