what I want to know, is what do they eat, and where are their mouths? Given that they have down-facing tendrils, I'd assume the mouth is in the middle of them, but alas-- Nope.
(Also, if Bull Netch are so lazy, could not one just tie a bunch of them together with netting, and ride on their backs? If they are as lazy as MK suggests, they wouldnt resist the process, or the bonds, as long as they had food under them.)

They're lazy enough to not fly away from a ranch.

Note the discolored dark part between the tenticles. Now, whether that's a mouth, an eye, or the Betty Netch's lady part, we cannot know for sure. We will have to wait until TESV with it's next-gen graphics to see.

The Nerevarine culled their numbers. Saint Jiub drove them from Vvardenfell. Hopefully they were driven towards Akavir, instead of Mainland Morrowind.

I don't hurt Netches. They're just too awesome to touch. As for the cliff-racers... well enough has been said about them.

What was with the Cthulhu thing? Sorry but my eyes can instantly spot Lovecraft references.

It's a 'Cthulu" costume!
