So, I havent played oblivion in a few months, and I tried getting a new masterlist since I downloaded a few new mods, but when I run boss from wrybash after it finishes it lists a TON of stuff as unrecognised including oblivion.esm and almost all the fcom files.

It could be me but that seems just plain wrong?

I tried like the latest five masterlists on the google thing and have this problem no matter what, do I need to get a significantly older masterlist, am I doing something wrong? I'm pretty stumped here.

EDIT: I see whats going on, it says "Recognised and reordered files" and lists none of my mods....

Have you tried with the latest masterlist from Nexus?

Edit:...Just looked and it seams the Latest Version is an all inclusive download should work out the box!......http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20516

I'm guessing you accidentally got junk formating off of google code or somwthing... dl with svn client or Surazal's BOSS Masterlist Manager or select download raw file - or get the latest which I just posted on nexus.

Or you accidentally downloaded the Fallout masterlist, or some such thing

If you download from Google Code site, you need to use the "view raw file" option.
